"Heads up: customer service was no help"
Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering from them, I emailed twice about my order and never got a real answer. It felt like I was being ignored. Super frustrating, and I definitely won’t be buying from them again.

"Not really what I hoped for"
I used this cream for a few weeks and, to be honest, I didn’t notice a huge difference. It did help a little with the dryness, so I’ll give it that, but the itching and patches still kept coming back. Maybe it works better for other people, and I guess it wasn’t completely useless, but for the price I was expecting more. A bit disappointing overall...

"Works, but my skin wasn’t exactly thrilled"
I’ll give it credit, it seems like it could be a decent product for someone with tougher skin than mine. Unfortunately, after using it, my face felt kind of irritated, which wasn’t exactly the gentle experience I was hoping for.

"It did help a little in the beginning..."
It did help a little in the beginning, but after a few days the itching came right back. The cream also felt greasy, and I didn’t see much of a difference overall. On top of that, having to keep going through verification over and over was really annoying. Maybe it works better for other people, but it just didn’t give me enough relief

"Delivery date kept changing"
I only ordered because the shipping estimate seemed reasonable, but then it was like the goalposts kept moving. First it said one date, then nothing updated for ages, and I had to keep checking the tracking myself just to see if it was even on the way. It ended up taking way longer than expected and was annoying.

"I really wanted to like this cream, but..."
I really wanted to like this cream, but the texture felt super sticky on my skin and the scent was strange. That part was weird, and after a couple tries I just couldn’t keep using it
